Membership Agreement

Membership & Access
Quorum Houston membership grants access to curated private experiences, the member portal, and the member directory. Membership is personal and non-transferable.
Subscription & Billing
Monthly membership is billed at $150 per month on a recurring basis via Stripe. Your subscription begins on the date of your first successful payment. You authorize Quorum Houston to charge your payment method on each monthly renewal date.
Minimum Commitment
All memberships require a minimum commitment of three (3) consecutive months. Monthly dues of $150 are billed each month throughout the commitment period and continue on a month-to-month basis thereafter. You may not cancel your membership before the end of your third billing month.
Cancellation
After completing the 3-month minimum commitment, you may cancel your subscription at any time through the member portal or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.
Conduct
Members are expected to treat fellow members, staff, and venue partners with respect. Quorum Houston reserves the right to revoke membership for conduct that is disruptive, disrespectful, or inconsistent with the values of the club.
Privacy
Member information is kept strictly confidential and is never shared with third parties without consent. The member directory is visible only to active members.
Amendments
Quorum Houston may update these terms with reasonable notice. Continued membership after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
