Membership Terms
Effective September 1, 2026 · Quorum Social Holdings LLC, Texas
These Membership Terms govern your participation in Quorum Houston, operated by Quorum Social Holdings LLC, a Texas limited liability company. By submitting a membership application or activating a membership, you agree to these terms.
Membership
Quorum membership is selective and by invitation or approved application only. Quorum Social Holdings LLC reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. Membership is personal and non-transferable.
Fees and Billing
Monthly membership is billed at $150 per month on a recurring basis via Stripe. Fees are charged in advance at the start of each billing period. All fees are stated in US dollars and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
Minimum Commitment Period
All memberships are subject to a minimum commitment of three (3) consecutive calendar months from the date of the first successful payment. Monthly dues of $150 are billed each month during the commitment period and continue on a month-to-month basis thereafter. Members may not cancel, pause, or otherwise terminate their membership before the conclusion of the third billing month. This minimum commitment applies to all new memberships regardless of the date of enrollment.
Cancellation
After completing the 3-month minimum commitment period, you may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us at [email protected] or through your member account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period. Cancellation requests submitted before the minimum commitment period has elapsed will not be processed until the end of the third billing month.
Conduct
Members are expected to conduct themselves with discretion and respect at all Quorum events and in all member communications. Quorum Social Holdings LLC may suspend or terminate membership for conduct that, in its sole judgment, is inconsistent with the character of the community.
Confidentiality
What happens at Quorum stays at Quorum. Members agree not to publicly disclose the identities of other members, the details of private events, or the content of member communications without the express consent of all parties involved.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quorum Social Holdings LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your membership or attendance at any event. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the membership fees paid in the three months preceding any claim.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
