If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or apply for membership. These Terms apply to all visitors, applicants, and members. Your continued use of the Site following any posted changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2. Eligibility

Membership in Quorum Houston is available only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By applying for membership or using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Membership is subject to application review and approval at the sole discretion of Quorum. We reserve the right to decline any application without explanation.

3. Membership and Accounts

Upon acceptance of your application, you will be granted access to the member portal and Quorum experiences. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. Quorum is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials. Membership is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your account access with any other person.

4. Membership Fees and Billing

Membership is offered on a Monthly ($150/month) or Annual ($1,500/year) subscription basis. All fees are charged in U.S. dollars and are processed securely through Stripe. By providing your payment information, you authorize Quorum to charge the applicable membership fee on a recurring basis until you cancel. Fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated in our Membership Terms. Quorum reserves the right to modify membership pricing with reasonable advance notice to active members. Continued membership following a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us at [email protected] or through your member portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time. Quorum reserves the right to suspend or terminate your membership at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms, conduct deemed harmful to the Quorum community, or non-payment of fees. Upon termination, your access to the member portal and all member benefits will cease immediately.

6. Member Conduct

As a member of Quorum Houston, you agree to conduct yourself with respect and discretion at all times. You agree not to: • Harass, intimidate, or harm other members or Quorum staff; • Share confidential information about other members, including their identities, contact details, or participation in Quorum events; • Use the Site or member portal for any unlawful purpose; • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its systems; • Post or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable; • Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the Site without prior written consent. Violation of these conduct standards may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.

7. Member Directory and Privacy

The member directory is a private feature available exclusively to active members. Information appearing in the directory is shared voluntarily by members and is intended solely for member-to-member connection within the Quorum community. You agree not to use directory information for commercial solicitation, marketing, or any purpose outside of genuine personal connection. Misuse of directory data is grounds for immediate membership termination. Quorum reserves the right to modify, cancel, or reschedule events at any time. In the event of a cancellation, Quorum will make reasonable efforts to notify affected members and, where applicable, provide alternative arrangements.
